Ms. Lisa Li is one Partner of East & Concord, with 13 years’ legal related working experience. Lisa Li mainly focuses on practice areas of dispute resolution, general corporate and compliance (incl. employment and data compliance). She advises domestic and overseas clients on various legal matters, including foreign direct investment (FDI), corporate governance, M&A, dissolution and liquidation of entities in China, commercial contract review, etc. She also has experience of advising Chinese investors on making overseas direct investment.
For dispute resolution, Lisa advises clients on litigation and arbitration cases mainly arising out of commercial contracts and international trade, corporate disputes, etc. Her services include advising on the dispute resolution strategies and initiating/defending claims, evidence preparation, applying for injunctions (evidence / property preservation, etc), attending hearings, advising on enforcement of judgments / arbitration awards.
For data compliance, Lisa‘s services cover advising on data compliance strategies, preparing / reviewing internal data compliance rules and processes, preparing / reviewing data privacy statements and cookie statements, reviewing data flow related contracts, providing data compliance trainings, advising on administrative enforcement cases, as well as handling data breach / compliance related disputes.
