Jiang specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property rights and private equity and her practice includes culture and entertainment and Internet medical treatment industries. Jiang assisted international and domestic enterprises in investment, company operation and compliance risk control in China. In addition, Jiang is currently a guest lecturer at Shanghai Theatre Academy, teaching three legal courses to undergraduate students. When providing legal services for companies in the cultural and entertainment field, she mainly deals with the daily legal issues involved in the upstream and downstream relationships of Pan-entertainment industry, including the handling of entertainment brokerage affairs, investment and financing of film and television projects of cultural and entertainment companies, film and television production and publicity, daily affairs of the company, compliance and intellectual property rights.

In her considerable years of professional experience, Jiang has represented many international and domestic clients including Ping An Health Cloud Company, Juli Entertainment, Newmargin Growth Fund, L.P and Zhejiang Tianguangdiying as their external counsel in dealing with various legal affairs and disputes with respect to their daily operations and major transactions.
