Huang is a senior partner in the fields of investment, M&A and international business at East & Concord Partners. He was awarded Asia Pacific “Corporate/Commercial: East Coast: Zhejiang：Band 2 Lawyer” by Chambers and Partners in 2020 ,2021 and 2022. In 2022, he was rated as one of the Top 15 Innovative Lawyers by LEGALBAND. In 2021, he was rated as one of the Top 15 Transaction Lawyers by LEGALBAND. In 2020, he was awarded the Best Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer of the Year by China Mergers and Acquisitions Association, and was listed as a Recommended Lawyer by The Legal 500 in  “Private Equity” in 2022. Huang was also responsible for The Series A financing of Suning Sports and The Cross-border Dispute between AMSC and Sinovel which were both rated as Outstanding Transaction by China Business Law Journal in 2018.
