Jassmine Fu has been in Japan for over a decade, has a good command of both English and Japanese, and accumulated rich working experience in Japan’s top companies and government agencies. She worked in a well-known intellectual property agent office after returning China, acting as the trademark agent as well as customer manager. Apart from her practice in the field of trademark, she also provided legal and translating service regarding patents, invalidity and infringement.
She took charge of the public relations work of important customers. Furthermore, she was the simultaneous interpreter for many big events, such as Chinese Patent Law seminars held in Japan and Chinese Mock Courts. In her role of customer manager, she assisted Japanese customers with various intellectual property-related businesses in China. She has a comprehensive understanding of patent law, copyright law and anti-unfair competition law.
