Partner Cuijing Han specializes in litigation, including civil and administrative disputes. For civil litigation, she has handled disputes between legal entities related to corporate, contract and tort laws at different levels including circuit tribunals, Intermediate and Supreme People’s Courts and the High Court of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For administrative litigation, she has handled issues concerning concealment of information, administrative reconsideration, administrative litigation and complaint letters and visits. Ms. Han also has much experience in dealing with issues related to art, M&A of domestic companies and foreign investment.
