She has handled considerable projects in China FDI, M&A, China outbound investment, corporate governance, company restructuring, company listing and refinancing, establishment, investment and exit of private equity funds.

Her clients include but not limited to: State Development & Investment Corp. and its subsidiaries, China Petroleum Engineering Corp., Zhuzhou Smelter Group Company Limited, China Three Gorges Renewables (Group) Co., Ltd., Prestolite Electronic.
