Shaobo Li’s major practice areas include company investment, mergers and acquisitions, securities, legal counsel, and civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. Based on his extensive experience, Li can combine his strength of deep understanding of commercial transaction in non-litigation cases, with the major risks in litigation and arbitration.
