Wang is a capital partner of the firm. Wang graduated as a bachelor of laws from China University of Political Science and Law and as master of laws from Renmin University of China. Wang joined the East& Concord Partners in 2006 and handles mainly corporate legal affairs, litigation and arbitration. Wang has a profound legal background and strong operating ability. He has been in charge of a great number of dispute cases on infringement, contract, securities and finance for big state-owned enterprises and financial enterprises including State Grid, State Development and Investment Corporation, China Railway Investment Group, COSCO, China Cheng Tong, China New Era Group, China Construction Bank, CCB Financial Leasing, China Galaxy Investment Management, Jiuding Leasing.
