Jiachun Zhang has years of working experience as senior management in big state-owned enterprises, taking charge of legal affairs and investment, which helped him gain a deeper understanding of management and operation of big state-owned enterprises. In addition, he worked as a regular legal counsel for many industry-leading companies. He had led and participated in projects of international mergers and acquisitions, listing of Chinese mainland and Hong Kong companies, general disposition of financial assets, as well as tendering and bidding of international engineering projects.

Zhang has undertaken cases at various levels of courts, from the grass roots to the Supreme Courts, as well as administrative dispute and reconsideration from the county level to the State Council. He has rich experience in trials of first instance, second instance, appeal and protest in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings.  He had undertaken the cases for arbitration and arbitration enforcement for many attribution agencies, such as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, The ICC International Court of Arbitration, Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, The London Maritime Arbitrations Association, London Sugar Association, Singapore International Arbitration Center and Russia Arbitration Center.

Furthermore, Zhang has been invited by many government agencies on the work of law drafting and revision.
