Vivian Wang received her bachelor's degree from China University of Political Science and Law and her master's degree from Peking University Law School. Wang began her career in East & Concord Partners in 2001. At that time, she was appointed by East & Concord Partners to work and study at Stanbrook & Hooper Law Firm in Brussels, Belgium. Since then, the team led by Wang has represented more than 170 companies in about 80 anti-dumping/countervailing investigations, including representing Chinese companies in responding to investigations initiated by foreign countries, and representing foreign companies in responding to the investigations initiated by the MOFCOM. The products which were under investigation include PV products, cable and optical fiber cables, bulldozers, bicycles, electric bicycles, steel pipe products, aluminum extrusions, castings, butt-weld fittings, pins and staples, color picture tubes, citric acid, TCCA, melamine, furfuryl alcohol, MSG, PPS, POY, ceramic tableware and kitchenware, ceramic tiles, CD-ROM, plastic bags, candles and plywood.
Wang has been recognized as a leading lawyer for International Trade/WTO by Chambers and Partners for years. Wang has also been given the title of “Specialized Lawyer in Global International Transaction and Custom Law” by Who’s Who Legal for years, and she was elected as one of ALB “2016 China Top 15 Female Lawyers” for her outstanding work.
