Jianrui Wang specializes in the areas of private equity investment and company mergers and acquisitions, Especially excels in the operation and management of industry funds. Mr. Wang participated in initiation of China’s biggest industry fund – Yangtze River Industry Fund and has long provided service for it as the legal counsel and expert consultant of the Management committee. Furthermore, being the member of the Risk Control Committee for Ecotic Capital, Mr. Wang engages in providing legal services for many well-known investment companies on fund establishment, raising management and investment. He enjoys a good reputation in the area of private equity. Also Mr. Wang is the member of Maritime Law and Admiralty Committee of China Lawyers’ Association. With his expertise on maritime law and affairs, he has long served for big shipping companies including China Changjiang National Shipping Group and Central China Logistics Corporations, undertaken many influential maritime-related cases, and published the book Inland Water Maritime Law and Legal Affairs and over 20 articles in the Chinese Journal of Maritime Law.
He won the Deals of the Year 2017 chosen by China Business Law Journal with the launch of Hubei Yangtze River Industry Fund, as well as Project Finance Deal of the Year 2016 by Asian Legal Business.
