Qi Zhou has consistently focused on the area of dispute resolution for over 30 years. Zhou has taken a large number of important and complex commercial litigation and arbitration cases as a lawyer, among which several typical cases were included in the Civil and Commercial Trial Review compiled by the Supreme People's Court, and has gained a good reputation in the industry. Moreover, as a senior arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Zhou has involved in hundreds of arbitration cases of various types.

Zhou has provided legal services for lots of companies, including ConocoPhilips, Microsoft, BHP, Tishman Speyer, Standard Chartered Bank, Lafarge, CITIC Group, China Resources, State Development and Investment Group, Sinosteel, China National Agricultural Development Group, and COSCO Shipping, and gained widely recognition. In addition, Zhou and his team have many times been selected as the best dispute resolution team or individual by influential media, such as China Law and Practice, Global Law Experts, Legal 500 Asia Pacific, LEGALBAND, Enterprise International Magazine, and Asialaw Profiles.

In 2024, Zhou was selected for both the Chambers Greater China Region Guide 2024 and the Chambers Global Guide 2024, and was awarded the title of “Eminent Practitioners” in “Dispute Resolution: Litigation”. From 2015 to 2018, Zhou was consecutively rated as a Leading Lawyer in Dispute Resolution by Asialaw Profiles; In 2016, Zhou was rated as one of the Top 15 Litigators in China by ALB; from 2016 to 2023, Zhou was named the Band 1 Lawyer in Dispute Resolution by LEGALBAND; in 2017, Zhou was nominated as the Star of Dispute Resolution by Asialaw Profiles; in 2019, Zhou was rated as one of the 100 Outstanding Lawyers in China (the A-list 2019) by China Business Law Journal.
