Mr. Li graduated from the Department of Economic Law of China University of Political Science and Law in 1992 with LL.B, and obtained the lawyer’s practicing certificate in 1993. He has been working as a full-time lawyer since May 1995. He has also qualified as a lawyer for engaging in legal business of securities and in the determination of property rights of collective scientific and technological enterprises, Director of Beijing Bankruptcy Administrator Association.

In the course of practicing for more than 20 years, Mr. Li has represented a large number of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation cases, and accumulated rich experience. Mr. Li has solid business foundation, careful logic, thorough legal analysis and proper reasoning. He is good at handling complex and difficult cases, especially new types of disputes arising from the economic transformation and business innovation of the central enterprise group, financial institutions and multinational corporations in recent years, and can innovatively provide effective dispute resolution.
