Tianwu Zhang, partner with East & Concord Partners and arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, has been a public servant for eight years, a member of the political consultative conference for fifteen years, and an independent director of four listed companies.
Tianwu Zhang has been practicing law for 30 years. In the field of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, he has participated in resolution for various disputes including those involving commercial real estate leasing, sales and purchase of goods, company equity, bank loans, competition restrictions and copyright. At the time that the Copyright Law was released, Tianwu Zhang participated in and took charge of the copyright dispute case over the literary script of Red Guards on Honghu Lake, which caused a stir at that time.
He acted as the team leader of criminal defense for many economic crime cases.
