Dawei Jing is a senior partner of the firm. He graduated from the East China University of Political Science and Law. He has been doing legal practice in the field of financial leasing for nearly 20 years, proving legal services for specialized leasing companies, which are mainly big manufactures, leasing companies, financial leasing companies set by multinational companies with banking background (among which many have newly opened factoring business) and domestic financial leasing companies. Jing provides legal services on investment and financing, including financial leasing, operating lease and factoring. His legal services are but not limited to: participating in the negotiations of financial leasing, operating leasing and factoring; deal structure design and arrangement for financial leasing, operating leasing and factoring; drafting, reviewing and modifying contracts of financial leasing, operating leasing and factoring and related documents; composing memorandum, and providing legal opinion. Jing has extensive experience in the legal areas of financing leasing in IT and Telecommunications industry.
