Xudong Ni is educated in both the U.S. and China’s legal systems with extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Chinese business law. He counsels clients in the areas of corporate transactions, M&A, egulatory issues, banking and financial law. He also focuses on helping Chinese companies, private and state-owned, to do business around world. Hisprior experience includes more than 12 years as partner and special counsel in Washington D.C. and Shanghai offices of international law firms. He also spent five years with a business strategic consulting firm in Washington DC, advising US and international companies on developing business in China. Before moving to the U.S., he was a partner with one of the leading China-based law firms in Beijing.
With more than 25 years of extensive experience, Xudong has represented the government in China, as well as domestic and international clients, in many areas of China FDI, ODI, M&A, banking and financial law, regulatory issues, IP and IDR.
