Guo is one of the outstanding young lawyers from our Wuhan office who is on the list of Hubei PPP Expert Database.  She also serves as a deputy director of the PPP Professional Committee of Wuhan Lawyers Association and is a member of the first group of young talented lawyers in the “Double Hundred” legal training in Wuhan.

Guo has provided legal services for a number of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, public institutions and listed companies in finance, real estate and other industries, and provided perennial or special legal advisory services to many enterprises, such as Huaxia Bank Co., Ltd Wuhan Branch, China Development Bank Hubei Branch, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau,  China Communications Second Navigational Engineering Bureau, Hanjiang Guotou Group Co., Ltd., being responsible for and handling a number of PPP projects, investment and financing, corporate mergers and acquisitions, bond issuance, funds and other complex legal affairs.
