Wu has been in charge of the risk disposition of many financial institutions, including the bankruptcy liquidation project of Wuhan Securities, bankruptcy reorganization project of China Financial Leasing Group, bankruptcy liquidation project of Jinxin Trust, administration of Hantang Securities, bankruptcy liquidation project of Xibei Securities, business suspension project of West Financial Lease.
Wu has long been providing comprehensive legal support to financial regulators and governments, participating in the making of many financial laws and industrial policies. Furthermore, he has led many influential projects of risk disposition in financial industry.
