Yuan joined the first group of young talented lawyers in the “Double Hundred” program for young lawyer training in Wuhan city, has dual practice background in engineering industry and legal industry, and holds licenses to practice law and act as a patent agent.

Since his practising law, Yuan has provided perennial legal advisory services for a number of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, government platform companies and listed companies in the field of construction engineering, real estate and infrastructure, and has represented many engineering litigation cases in the Supreme People’s Court and the Higher People’s Courts, and excels in resolving clients’ disputes through non-litigation method.
