Since 2015, Yan has successively undertaken the reverse M&A project of CITIC Construction Co., Ltd. by Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd., the acquisition of gas stations and oil depots by CNOOC Guangdong Sales Co., Ltd. and CNOOC Hubei Sales Co., Ltd., the acquisition of Wuhan Ribbon General Plant by Hanyang Municipal Engineering Co. Ltd., the mixed-ownership reform project of Wuhan Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd., the debt to equity project of Jiangsu Si’erbang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. participated by CCB Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., and the asset restructuring project of Shenyang Xinbaolu Aviation Technology Co., Ltd.
