Ye worked for more than ten years in one of the Fortune 500 multinational enterprises, being fully responsible for legal affairs and risk management, labor and personnel, governmental public relations and other organizational management in China (including companies invested by the said multinational enterprise and its enterprise group in China). Ye has rich experience in corporate legal affairs and internal management.

Ye is now a partner of the data compliance team of East & Concord Partners, and has successively provided legal advices, including legal consulting related to Cybersecurity and data protection, compliance system establishment and compliance investigation, corporate M&A, labor and personnel dispute resolution as well as trade related administrative investigation, for multinational large enterprises such as Sumitomo Corporation, Mitsubishi Heavy Industry, Sumitomo Chemical, Panasonic as well as large and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad, such as CITIC Group, Sinograin Group, People’s Daily Online, Three Gorges Group, and Vcolco Information Technology Co., Ltd., and has won the trust of the clients. Ye is currently a member of the expert database of the data security promotion plan of the Research Institute of Cloud Computing and Big Data of the Chinese Academy of Information and Communications Technology and an off-campus tutor the College of Foreign Languages of Nankai University.
