Focusing on the area of criminal legal services, Peng has abundant practical experience in criminal defense, internal control of enterprises and anti-fraud, compliance management and dispute resolution. Since his practice of law, he has represented clients in many influential cases at the national or provincial level involving duty crime, economic crime, securities crime and smuggling crime, and has assisted lots of enterprises in the industries of Internet, FMCG and construction to establish compliance systems and anti-fraud systems. He used to work in a university in Wuhan as a full-time lecturer of criminal law. In addition, he has won the title of Excellent Debater of Wuhan City and the first prize in the quarter-final in the 2nd TV Debate Competition of Prosecutors and Lawyers of Hubei Province.
