Ms. Zhang is a partner at East & Concord Partners Greater Bay Area Office. With years of legal practice, Ms. Zhang has been providing legal services for large and medium-sized enterprises, and has accumulated extensive experience in investment funds, asset securitization and bond issuance. Some of her selected projects include but without limitation to infrastructure REITs, ABS, financial bonds, enterprise bonds, corporate bonds (public and non-public), urban parking lot construction bond, PPN, and MTN/SCP. The bond channels include exchanges, China Securities Regulatory Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission, The People’s Bank of China and the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors. The total amount of bonds issued has reached tens of billions of yuan.
