Yang has represented clients in relation to many civil and commercial litigation cases with significant influence heard by the Supreme People’s Court, many local higher people’s courts and intermediate people’s courts, and has also represented domestic and foreign clients in relation to many major commercial arbitration cases heard by arbitration institutions such as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Beijing Arbitration Commission and Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Yang once served as the vice president and legal director of Law-Totem Group, and was fully responsible for the establishment of corporate governance, business process management and the handling of corporate legal affairs. Yang has provided dispute resolution service, special and daily legal consultation and other services to institutions and well-known enterprises including the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Jilin Supervision Bureau under China Securities Regulatory Commission, CCB International, dGav Capital, China Galaxy Securities, UBS SDIC, China Dongxiang (Group), Talent Television and Film Co., Ltd., China Credit Trust, COFCO Trust, NEC, China Railway Hi-Tech Industry Corporation Limited, Chaoda Modern Agriculture Group, Oriental Yuhong, Hengji Binshui.
