Chen, with professional qualifications and titles such as national first-class constructor, real estate economist and engineer, has long focused on the fields of construction engineering, energy and natural resources, infrastructure and project financing, and has gained recognition and positive comments from clients through meticulous work.

Before practicing as a lawyer, Chen worked for many years in a large state-owned road and bridge construction enterprise, mainly engaged in engineering project management and enterprise management, and served as a project manager for large-scale projects. During his 18 years’ working experience at a law firm, Chen provided specialized services for the whole construction process of a large number of large-scale public projects, and provided the full process legal services in relation to M&A and transfer of infrastructure franchising projects (PPP, BOT/BT, etc.) and new energy projects.
