Mr. Li is a managing partner of East & Concord Partners Beijing Office, the director of the Administrative Committee of Beijing Office and the head of the Real Estate and Construction Engineering Department. Mr. Li excels in simplifying complexity and explaining complex legal relationships and transaction structures to clients in a simple and understandable way. He is also skilled in formulating strategic plans for non-litigation projects and litigation and arbitration cases, and offering tactical decomposition and implementation solutions. To be specific, he has long served as a legal advisor for real estate companies, specializing in land acquisition, development and construction, housing sales, property leasing, property management, real estate agency construction, operation of industrial parks, urban renewal, development of rural collective construction land, homestead homestay hotels and other new rural construction, as well as non-litigation, litigation and arbitration services throughout the entire process of real estate finance and securitization. In addition, he has the qualification to deal with matters in the fund industry, and has successfully helped many enterprises complete the registration of private fund managers and the filing of private funds. He is skilled in selecting sub-fund managers for FOF, formulating the internal control and related systems and processes of FOF, and serving domestic and foreign direct investment. He has experience in offering foreign-related legal services in cases related to foreign investment, overseas investment, international trade and international organizations. He safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of clients in the fields of export control and international sanctions, and acts as an agent for clients in cross-border litigation and arbitration cases.
