Zhu is a partner at the Shanghai Office of East & Concord Partners. Graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and the University of Hong Kong, Mr. Zhu is a licensed lawyer in China, and is also a senior enterprise manager, senior compliance engineer and data compliance officer. In addition, he has qualifications to engage in business related to securities and fund management.

Since 2005, Zhu has provided enterprise compliance legal services to foreign-invested enterprises, central enterprises, large private enterprises and financial institutions, and has accumulated rich experience and developed distinctive expertise in areas such as intellectual property, investment and financing, finance and taxation, labor and personnel, production safety, and environmental protection. He excels in designing compliance and capital operation strategies that support the sustainable development of enterprises, earning widespread acclaim from his clients.
