Cui has rich service experience in intellectual property, corporate business, government-related affairs and major commercial dispute resolution. Some of the cases he has handled were selected among 50 model intellectual property cases of 2020 by the Supreme People’s Court and selected as a model case of 2020 in the aspect of intellectual property protection by Guizhou province. In addition, he has published one academic monograph and more than 10 papers, and participated in five legislative projects and three youth programs supported by National Social Science Foundation.
