Since his legal practices in 2015, Xing has been focusing on the field of infrastructure investment and financing. He has been deeply involved in the legislation, declaration and issuance of infrastructure public REITs projects, as well as projects in the aspects of project investment and financing, corporate M&A, private equity funds, ABS, bond issuance and infrastructure construction.

Xing has been engaged in investment services for over 100 government and social capital cooperation projects, of which more than ten projects were rated as national or provincial demonstration projects by the Ministry of Finance. The closed infrastructure securities investment fund of Fuguo Capital Water Affairs handled by him was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2021 as one of the first batch of REITs projects in China. In addition, he also serves as the legal advisor for many central enterprises and listed companies such as China South-to-North Water Diversion Corporation Limited, China Three Gorges Corporation, Capital Eco-pro Group and Zhongnongfa Seed Industry Group.

Xing was listed in the “30 under 30” by LEGALBAND in 2019, and rated as the Engineering Lawyer with both Ability and Moral Integrity of the Year by China Procurement and Bidding Website in 2020 and 2021.
