Ms. Danni Zheng is a Managing Partner of E&C Shenzhen Office, who has worked for 10 years in an international organization, a “Magic Circle” international law firm, as well as leading Chinese law firms. Her practice areas include domestic and cross-border equity investment and financing, ESOPs, M&A, general corporate, ESG and social enterprises, and dispute resolution. She has provided legal services to various start-ups, investment funds, multinational companies, public companies, SOEs, NGOs, and international organizations covering industries such as new energy, new materials, environmental protection, TMT, consumption, food, life sciences, infrastructure, education, culture and media.

Danni has both international vision and public interest sentiment. She is the Editor-in-Chief of E&C’s newsletter titled “GoGlobal Watch”, the Head of “FT Asia-Pacific Silkroad Initiative on International Rule of Law”, and the Head of “FT Rhythm & Gravity Initiative”. She was selected into both the “Cutting-edge Talent Pool of Guangdong Lawyers Engaged in International Practices” and the “Leading Talent Pool of Shenzhen Lawyers Engaged in International Practices”. She co-authored the first “Impact Terms Guide”, and won the Social Enterprise Youth U35, the ESG Pioneer Award, and the Excellent Youth Lawyer in the Shenzhen Lawyers Industry Award.
