Xiao has served in a large manufacturing central enterprise for many years, gaining extensive practical experience in legal compliance and corporate governance for stateowned enterprises and Sino-foreign joint ventures. During her tenure as a corporate lawyer, Xiao was responsible for supporting corporate governance and advancing the development and optimization of the "board of shareholders, board of directors and board of supervisors" governance system. She oversaw capital projects including investments, financing, mergers and acquisitions, conducting legal due diligence for more than 10 projects such as subsidiary restructuring. Her responsibilities also included drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as project agreements, leading project-related business negotiations, and issuing legal opinions. She provided comprehensive legal support across the company’s R&D, technology, procurement, production and manufacturing, marketing and after-sales, as well as overseas and export operations, delivering business-oriented legal solutions. Additionally, she managed compliance matters related to antitrust, export controls, trade regulations and data compliance to ensure business adherence to legal and regulatory standards. She played a key role in the recovery of outstanding debts, the liquidation of foreign investments, and the resolution of product quality disputes, achieving a cumulative recovery of nearly 100 million yuan in losses. Xiao possesses a deep understanding of the full value chain of business operations and commercial models. She is equipped with a multidisciplinary mindset that integrates business and legal perspectives, along with strong capabilities in delivering comprehensive solutions.
