Zhang has long specialized in theoretical research and legal practice in bankruptcy and restructuring. He has successively handled reorganization cases involving various types of distressed enterprises, including large enterprise groups and listed companies, and possesses deep insights into the reorganization and restructuring of distressed enterprises across diverse sectors such as real estate, industrial manufacturing, and commerce. Several case he has participated in or led have been recognized as exemplary cases in bankruptcy at the national, provincial, and municipal levels. He has been consecutively ranked in the Chambers and Partners guide for both bankruptcy & restructuring and corporate/commercial law practice areas.
