Liu has extensive practice experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution, corporate legal affairs, and equity investment transactions. During her practice, she has represented a large number of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, and provided legal services to numerous large state-owned enterprises, supermarkets, energy companies, real estate enterprises, and listed companies. In addition, she has also advised on the establishment of government-guided funds, and led multiple equity investment projects in emerging industries, including biopharmaceuticals, gene editing, quantum measurement and computing, intelligent robotics research and development, and chip manufacturing.
