Jennifer is currently in charge of the Finance Department of East & Concord Partners. For more than 15 years, Jennifer has been focusing on providing legal services on public offering of REITs, investment and financing, asset securitization, bond issuance and capital markets to financial institutions under the supervision of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and China Securities Regulatory Commission. Jennifer specializes in new infrastructure industries, new energy, Fin Tech and intelligent manufacturing.
