On March 15, 2018, the first chairman meeting of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC was held in Beijing. The meeting deliberated before passing the list of members of special subcommittees of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC. Dajin Li, delegate to the 12th National People’s Congress, member of the 13th CPPCC National Committee and director of East & Concord Partners, will serve  as a member of the Subcommittee of Social and Legal Affairs, the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC.

As an attorney, Dajin Li submitted “Proposal to Implement the Competition Policy that Aims to Promote Innovation and Sustainable Healthy Development in the Digital Economics Area” to this year’s CPPCC, as well as a number of proposals involving economic and social development such as “Proposal on Proper Revision of the Regulation on ‘Personal Income Tax on Incomes from Equity Transfer’” and “Proposal to Make ‘National Rejuvenation through Metrology' a National Development Strategy,‘” contributing his legal knowledge to the community from his years of practice.
