Getting on the train full of excitement, members of East & Concord Partners Wuhan Office set off for Hangzhou in October, where they joined with colleagues from Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen for team-building activities in the theme of "Lift Your Dream at East & Concord Partners".

Teambuilding at Daqi Mountain

Green mountains, dense forests, murmuring river and happy laughter - at the beautiful Daqi Mountain National Forest Park, the coach divided the members into eight groups for different kinds of interesting games. "Ice breaking", "water acquisition", "realistic CS" and "we are the best" - these games fully mobilized every member's enthusiasm, and pulled the members closer together through physical contact and brain storming. The mountain-climbing game was not only a test of our eyesight and mental and physical strength, but also reflected our cohesion. Everybody was contributing ideas for the team and every group was united for the common goal. It was the first time that we realized mountain climbing could be so much fun, serving the function of relaxing, gaming, sightseeing and communication all at once. We had beautiful "brain leader" and handsome and brave "physical leader". Although we already knew every member had their "unique stunt", their wisdom and perseverance during the activity still made us feel the power of team more deeply and feel proud of having so many excellent colleagues. Walking on the long path from the top of Daqi Mountain to Zhiqing Canal, I enjoyed the fresh breeze, looked at the reservoir in the distance, and felt happy hearing my colleagues laughing in the woods. I couldn't see you, but I heard you; we were on the same mountain, in the same forest.

Traveling by Fuchun River

After the exhausting mental and physical activities, our considerate Hangzhou colleagues arranged a sightseeing tour for us to feel the gorgeous "heaven on earth". The beautiful Yaolin wonderland and the clean Fuchun River gave the best illustration of nature's uncanny workmanship. The stalactites in Yaolin wonderland jogged our imagination and we compared them to all kinds of things, filling the caves with happiness. Then we came to the Fuchun River, which was like an oil painting rolling forward and joining the sky in the distance, and we seemed to travel in the painting. In such a beautiful environment, we talked and learnt more about each other. Work, life, career, ambition - people of the same interests could always find topics. Good communication not only improved ourselves, but also gave birth to friendship and created a great atmosphere of teamwork.

The law friends

Hard work makes us go far; understanding and partnership lead us to our dream. This activity cleared away our fatigue from work and gave us relaxation both in mind and body. It also deepened friendship among the colleagues and sharpened our sense of group honor and team spirit. Our administrative team even prepared birthday cake and cards for colleagues whose birthday fell in October, which made us so surprised and touched by the care and warmth at East & Concord Partners. We were only together for a few days, but the few days were filled with happiness and joy. We were reluctant to leave, but we looked forward more to the next gathering. Time flew fast, and we had to part our ways, but no matter where we are, the lovely colleagues at East & Concord Partners will always be a caring family and be friends striving to realize our dreams.
