On November 23, Asian Legal Business (ALB) held ALB Beijing In-house Legal Summit 2017 in China World Summit Wing. The event attracted over 200 legal consultants and enterprise senior executives from different industries. Nearly 20 senior lawyers explored hotspots of law on foreign investment, dispute settlement, compliance of enterprise Big Data with the participating guests. Bing Guan and Xiaoyan Gong, partners of East & Concord Partners, attended the summit and delivered keynote speeches.

Bing Guan, in her speech entitled “Online games IP protection,” offered a systematic and comprehensive elaboration on contents such as “status quo of the online game industry in China,” “types and characteristics of online game infringement lawsuits,” “analysis of several legal issues involved in typical cases of infringement of online games” and “IP protection strategy of online games.” Then Xiaoyan Gong shared her views on “Protection of business rights and interests and dispute settlement in sports events,” and her speech covered four aspects—“constitution of business rights and interests of sports events,” “development of business rights and interests of sports events,” “protection of business rights and interests of sports events” and “resolution of disputes in sports events.”
