On December 5, 2017, after five months of dedicated design, construction, and decoration, East & Concord Partners Shanghai Office opened at White Magnolia Plaza, No. 501 Dongdaming Road, Hongkou District, Shanghai, China, a new landmark in Shanghai. Overlooking Lujiazui, the Huangpu River, and the Bund, it is one of the best office places in Shanghai.

The reception area of the office is simply designed in white, decorated by Piano Concerto I and Piano Concerto II, large-scale serial paintings of oil painter Tianying, and Lunar March and Cold Cliff, two pieces of the collection of Shanghai Museum of Glass, giving the entire reception area a visual effect of an art gallery.

The walls in the conference area and open work area are designed by designer Shen Haopeng. The selection of 58 black-and-white art photos makes the conference area and the work area simple and tranquil, and creates a comfortable and organized working atmosphere for the clients and the lawyers.

The open office area adopts the worktables that ensure ample and independent work space for each and every lawyer and their assistants. Fixed-line telephones guarantee necessary communication privacy. Considering that the office area needs a relaxing atmosphere, a public tea-break area is set between the open and the closed work areas so that employees may relax and chat at work. The closed office area uses strengthened light and ultra-clear glass so that the whole are is bright and clear, and seamlessly connects the closed office area to the open office area.

办公室装修了休闲吧，并在下班后对全体员工开放，同时成立了East & Concord Whisky & Wine Club，目前会员已超过30人；我们相信下班或加班期间的小酌，有利于工作状态的提升并加深员工之间的了解；另一方面，在休闲吧与客户的沟通亦会达到与在会议室不同的交流效果，并拉近相互之间的距离。
