On January 24, 2018, the 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th National Committee of the CPPCC, after careful deliberation and democratic consultation, determined the list of 2,158 members of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC, of whom 68 are from the area of social sciences. Director of East and Concord Partners, Dajin Li, was named as one of the members. 

As a senior lawyer with 36 years of practice experience,  Dajin Li has served as the legal consultant of hundreds of enterprises, public utilities and government organs, handled more than tens of thousands of various types of legal affairs, and enjoys respect and high reputation from social circles and his professional peers. As former chairman of Beijing Lawyers Association, he has been dedicated to protecting the interests of lawyers and encouraging their roles in betterment of society.
