On July 16 and 17, 2018, the First Plenary Session of the Twelfth Committee of Hangzhou Youth Federation was convened in Hangzhou. Upon recommendation and approval, Partner Jiapin Xia from East & Concord Partners (Hangzhou Office) was elected as a new member of the Federation.
