On April 19, 2019, the Bureau of Public Security of Beijing issued a Certificate of Appointment to Director Dajin Li and reappointed him as a member of the Legal Expert Advisory Committee of the Bureau of Public Security of Beijing from April 2019 to April 2022.

On April 10, 2019, the Bureau of Public Security of Beijing issued the Decision of the Bureau of Public Security of Beijing on Appointment of Expert Members of Advisory Committee of Legal Experts (Jing Gong Fa Zi [2019] No.444) (hereinafter referred to as the “Decision”). The Bureau of Public Security of Beijing decided to continuously appoint 11 expert members, including Dajin Li, Director of East & Concord and a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. In accordance with the Work Standards of the Legal Expert Advisory Committee of the Bureau of Public Security of Beijing, there are five practicing lawyers. The term of appointment of the current expert committee is three years which is from April 2019 to April 2022.
