On October 16, 2020, the Perennial Legal Advisory Service Contract Signing Ceremony between China Merchants Ping An AMC and East & Concord Partners was successfully held.

Mr. Hao Yu, a CCP member and general counsel of China Merchants Ping An AMC, and Mr. Song Hailin, head of its Legal Compliance Department, as well as a managing partner Mr. Wang Dong and partners Ms. Zhong Ming and Ms. Liu Xiaoyan from East & Concord Partners attended the signing ceremony.

China Merchants Ping An AMC is the only asset management company in China jointly established by three Fortune 500 companies - China Merchants Group, Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. and Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd..

The four offices of East & Concord Partners (Beijing, Wuhan, Shanghai and Shenzhen) worked together to win the bid for the centralized procurement of legal advisory services by China Merchants Ping An AMC in 2020 through public bidding.

Under the witness of both parties, Mr. Hao Yu and Mr. Wang Dong signed the Perennial Legal Advisory Service Contract on behalf of their respective entities at the ceremony. After the ceremony, both parties conducted in-depth training and exchanges on the issue of “real estate due diligence legal risks and the prevention”. In the coming days, lawyers from East & Concord Partners will provide comprehensive, professional and detailed legal services for China Merchants Ping An AMC.
